  • Some PADI specialties can be done as class only.
  • PADI diving specialties usually require 2 to 4 dives.
  • If you already have an adventure dive logged for a particular specialty, then it may require 1 less dive to complete that specialty.
  • Up to 3 training dives may be completed in any 1 day, so you can sometimes do a combination of specialty courses on the same day.
  • PADI specialties that require pool training or more than 3 dives will require more than 1 day to complete.
  • The PADI Wreck specialty may require 2 to 3 days because a wreck may not be accessible on all dives.

Each of these PADI Tec courses takes 3 days, usually 1 day class+pool and 2 days of diving. Only 3 open water dives are required but we usually account for a minimum of 4 dives, to better cater to training requirements and student learning pace.

Tec Sidemount

Done separately, the PADI Tec Sidemount course takes 3 days. 1 day class+pool and 2 days / 6 dives. Although this isn’t a decompression diving course, you will learn how to dive well on 2 tank sidemount and also how to manage multiple gases in at least 2 more tanks.

Note:

  • eLearning for each PADI Tec course is included in the price.
  • Certification cost and equipment rental is also included.
  • Transfer, breakfast, lunch, snacks, refreshments are included on the diving days.
  • Additional time may be required if performance requirements set by PADI are not met.
  • Tec diving is inherently more hazardous and therefore training should be taken seriously, plus requires good mental and physical health.
  • A ‘fit for diving’ medical certificate signed by a doctor is required.
  • A break of 48 hours after decompression diving is required before flying / goimg to altitude.

Diving Day Trips

These diving day trips from Phuket are for certified divers and prices include transfer, equipment, breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments.

15 liter tanks may be available for free on request. There’s a small charge for nitrox tanks and dive computers should you want to rent them. And please note that national marine park fees for Phi Phi and the Similan Islands etc., are not included.

We offer join-in diving and snorkeling to beautiful islands nearby Phuket. These shorter tours start mid-morning and finish late afternoon, with 2 diving / snorkeling spots, including a light lunch, refreshments. and minibus transfers.
