Dive times are planned as 50 mins
maximum, with surface intervals
of 1 hour minimum between dives.

Dives are usually ‘back to the boat’ (the boat stays on fixed moorings). Dive #2 or #3 may sometimes a ‘pick up dive’ along the reef, depending on current and dive site.

DIve sites are decided between the boat captain and dive tour leader and may vary, depending on sea conditions, weather and season.

Here are some tips and reminders to help both experienced and beginner divers enjoy day trip diving to the Racha Islands:

  • You should allow for 18 hours before flying.
  • No license needed to try diving at the Rachas.
  • There’s no marine park fee for the Racha Islands.
  • Snorkeling for non-divers is great at the Rachas!
  • You need to bring your own towels & swim wear.
  • Only use reef friendly sunscreen.
  • Touching marine life & corals is NOT allowed.
  • Do not feed the fish or throw anything in the water.
